SHIPPING, CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Once the buyer places an order with us, we shall intimate it about the estimated date of delivery of the product. Once the order is ready we shall inform the exact date of delivery of the Product. . Once the products are delivered and payment made, the buyer will have to sign the invoice stating that the Products have been delivered. Buyer can make their payment through various modes available over the website.
If the Buyer wishes to cancel the order then it will have to do so before the dispatch of the order and if the Buyer fails to do so then the order will not be cancelled.. The buyer will be notified about the dispatch date and if it is unable to cancel the order prior to the dispatch date then he order shall not be cancelled..
- Firstly the refunds are available only for the products that have in their description mentioned that the said product can be returned and refunded;
- If the Product you purchased falls in the category of Refundable Product then we shall offer refund of the amount. In case the order is pre-paid and the refund is sort because of cancellation of the order then the refund shall be made only when the order is cancelled before the date of dispatch of the order.
- Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on our website
- If you report an issue with your Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Television, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave, we may schedule a technician visit to your location. This visit is scheduled by placing an order with website through website’s Home Services. Subject to website’s Home Services Terms and Conditions, a resolution will be provided based on the technician’s evaluation report.
- Return will be processed only if:
- it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
- If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. The website shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
- Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
- Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
- Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.
Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.
